Williams Supports NI Apprenticeship Week

Mid and East Antrim Alliance Councillor, Noel Williams, has said he is delighted that Mid & East Antrim Council is supporting NI Apprenticeship Week through its Manufacturing Task Force (MTF).

Cllr Williams said: "As someone who enjoyed excellent technical training as a young engineer in the RAF, I would heartily recommend an apprenticeship as a great start to a working career.

"Moreover, as a believer in life-long learning, I encourage the older, more mature individual to consider an apprenticeship as the pathway to establishing a new working direction".

Please see attached MTF Apprenticeship Brochure which MEA issued in advance of NI Apprenticeship Week which takes place between 7-11 February 2022. The Council is supporting a series of activities to promote apprenticeship pathways and local employers offering Level 2, Level 3 and Higher Level Apprenticeship Pathways.
