Williams Highlights Mid & East Antrim Food & Drink Network Meetings

Mid and East Antrim Alliance Councillor, Noel Williams, has urged local food and drink producers to attend monthly zoom sessions being run by the MEA Food & Drink Network, and delivered by Birnie Consultants.

Mr Williams said: “The sessions are aimed at sharing knowledge, supporting business growth, facilitating sector networking, and showcasing the wonderful produce Mid and East Antrim has to offer.

“If you are a producer operating in the Borough, I would very much recommend getting involved”.

The sessions are being held on:

· 23 February – Existing and emerging market drivers & consumer trends

· 23 March – Marketing/Telling your business story

· 27 April – Meet the buyer prep for Balmoral Show

· 25 May – Being a sustainable business

· 22 June – Business Upscaling
