Stewart Expresses Concern Over Unspent Funding

On the 25th January, Stewart highlighted the frustration of many to the Minister for Finance regarding unspent funding that may be returned to Treasury. He enquired as to what the Minister planned to do to encourage departments to ensure that schemes receive the funding they deserve.
