Stewart Dickson Welcomes Response on Holiday Caravans

Stewart Dickson has welcomed the response from the Communities Minister indicating that her Department will be reviewing the Caravan Act. Which will allow for an assessment of whether further protections for holiday home owners should be introduced.

Mr Dickson commented: “I know that many caravan owners have serious concerns about the lack of rights they have, and how they are often treated unfairly by holiday parks, and I hope this can start a serious look and what is needed for the future.”
