The Cancer Strategy recognises the need for a tailored service for children and young people with cancer.

My Department is developing minimum standards for treatment of Adolescents and Young Adults with cancer. This seeks to ensure that all children and young adults have access to high quality, developmentally appropriate, cancer care, including access to clinical trials.
