I am keen to engage with others who may be able to make contributions in relation to no-fault divorces.

I have had exploratory discussions with my officials in the Department who are engaged on a range of civil law reform areas including marriage and civil partnership reform and other important policies.

I will consider this issue within the available resources and overall legislative priorities, and officials will begin preparatory work with the aim to see progress on this policy area during this mandate.
