Everyone should know the FAST test. It’s the single most effective way to recognise the signs of a stroke in someone else, and you could save a life. F – Face: Can the person smile? A – Arms – Can the person raise both arms? S – Speech: Can the person speak clearly and understand what you say? You only need to identify one of these signs before T – Time. Time to call 999.
