To ask the Minister for Communities to detail her plans for the reopening of Job and Benefit Offices.

Answer: The Jobs & Benefits office network re-opened on a limited appointment basis on 5 May 2021. This cautious resumption of face to face services has been implemented to support customers who might be struggling with telephony and digital channels and those who are not engaging with Universal Credit by telephone or their online journal.
