To ask the Minister for Communities pursuant to AQW 20389/17-22, when the review is expected to commence.

Answer: The legislative provisions within the Caravans Act 2011 are cross-cutting with other Departments.

Preparatory work is already underway, and once that has been completed, my Department will formally undertake the 2021 Review later this year.

Until the process is agreed with the other Departments, the Department is not in a position to commit to a specific formal launch date at present.
