To ask the Minister of Finance whether there were Barnett Consequentials associated with the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme in England.

Answer: There are no additional Barnett consequentials confirmed in 2020-21 for the Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme in England.

For 2021-22, the Spending Review provided Barnett consequentials for English departmental-level changes and not for individual programmes. In that respect it is not possible to determine if individual programmes give rise to Barnett consequentials.
