Question: To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs to detail (i) the source of the funding for (a) staffing; (b) physical port infrastructure for administering post-Brexit checks on goods; and (ii) whether he consulted the relevant bodies providing funding before suspending construction on infrastructure at Northern Ireland ports.
