Question: To ask the Minister of Health whether agency staff working for the Health Service will receive a £500 recognition payment.

Answer: I have directed that Agency workers on longer term placements, covering vacant posts, be eligible for the HSC Recognition payment. My Officials are finalising the details of the mechanisms for payment.
