Question: To ask the Minister for the Economy, in relation to the £500 Covid Disruption Payment, to detail (i) the rationale for excluding students ordinarily resident in Northern Ireland, but studying (a) in other parts of the UK and the Republic of Ireland; (b) with the Open University; or (c) part-time; and (iv) whether she will extend the payment to such students.[Priority Written]
