Question: To ask the Minister for Communities whether she will commit to a review of the Caravans Act 2011, including consideration of the need for more protections for static caravan owners.

Answer: The Department for Communities is required by Section 4 of the Caravan Act 2011 to review Parts I and 2 of the Schedule every 5 years. The Act was last reviewed in 2016. It is the intention of the Department that these provisions will be reviewed again by the Department during 2021.
