Question: To ask the Minister for the Economy, pursuant to AQW 6555/17-22, to specifically outline (i) which areas of funding for COVID-19 response measures were ring-fenced; (ii) where reallocations of £23.7 million originated from; and (iii) where they were directed to in order to fund emerging pressures.
